Borla True Dual -Resonators anyone???
Just wondering if anyone with the Borla True Dual exhaust has tried running it without the Borla resonators yet.
I'm wondering if replacing the resonators with straight pipes make the exhaust note...
A) louder?
B) deeper?
C) more raspy (like removing the resonator on the stock exhaust)?
If anyone has done this, tell us about it (and if possible, post a sound clip!)

I can't tell you for sure, but my best guess is that it would be much louder, but also raspy in the higher rpms. My B&B didn't come with resonators and I definitely get that raspy tone around 4500 rpm. (But it still sounds better than stock w/out resonators, IMO. )

IIRC webcarconnection removed his... He put'em back on after he took off his cats...
Your are correct!
mcduck,
If you are plannig to put the Cats Pipes, don't remove them... it's gonna be very loud... but with the Cats on the sound is perfect!!!
