Need help identifying coolant hose.
i'm trying to get rid of coolant hoses/inlets/outlets on my VQ 240Z build.
I'm going to eliminate the heater inlet and outlets and then there's this coolant hose that runs on the front of the engine. It's connected on the coolant tube outlet (hot), runs accross the front of the engine, then feeds back into the engine's inlet passage bypassing the radiator and also the thermostat.
A few guesses that came my way is that it warms up the engine faster, or keeps the coolant temps even throughout the engine.
Anyone know exactly what the purpose of this hose is? thoughts of getting rid of the hose?

Well if it's called the heater hose I must not need it if i'm not running a heater...?
It would make sence that this hose would warm the engine faster allowing warm coolant to pass through the heater core sooner.
I think i'm going to ditch it. Any objections?
