In a perfect world, all deadlines would be met. I work in a business where there are just too many variables to honor all deadlines all of the time. How many of us have ever been late to work? It's the same kind of thing. Sometimes things just happen that have no way of being planned for. For example, i just took my Z in for a warranty tranny at Nissan. Should have been in there 2 days tops. They left the battery disconnected all night, and now my ECM has lost it reference points, and the car runs rough. It's been 4 days now, since they need to acquire a new MAF sensor to follow diagnostic procedures. I have no idea if my car will actually be finished today or not. It's inconvenient, but it's not like their keeping my car on purpose.

When you're late for work, do you just simply tell your boss that it's the way things are, or do you suggest that he just wants things ASAP, and imply that the boss just doesn't understand what's envolved with doing things the correct way.

Making the huge assumption that Del350 took his concerns to AA first, before posting, I'd say that SlamMan is correct when stating that Del350 is owed an appology, NOT spin.

Apparently AAM's quality went down around the time their popularity started going up. Of course their prices are still up. Some people who used to get their mods done there have gone elsewhere.
