Default Clearing CEL, Did I loose timing too?

Just a quick question to the gurus. Sometime back I had my timing advanced 2 degrees by a guy with Cipher software. Recently, I cleaned my throttle body and got a CEL. Didn't disconnect the battery when I cleaned. Did the manual ECU reset, (pedal down/up 5 times,Ign on/off the routine) and it cleared ok. Did I reset my timing back to stock in doing so? I never had the battery disconnected for any longer than 2 minutes.
Thanks,

Just taking advantage of better breathing with catback and plenem spacer. I've heard that it betters low/mid end torque as long as your'e running premo. It did run better than at 15 degrees until I got the SEL from cleaning the TB. Since the reset it seems somewhat lacking in mid end grunt. I'm wondering if it's just the ECU relearning or if I cleared the advance back to original timing specs.

Resetting the ECU does not reset timing changes made with Cipher.
