Default Dyno confirmation needed

Ok I know that we are supposed to dyno in 5th gear. The problem is I was told that dynoing in 5th gear puts more stress on the transmission than say dynoing in 4th gear. Is there any validity to statements about this on the 350Z? Any other concerns that I need to be careful would be appreciated?

it puts more load on the engine, as it's a lower overall ratio, but when it comes down to it, the difference in power between dynoing in 4th vs 5th is really negligible. 5th is considered the ideal as it's a 1:1 ratio
