You might want to clarify to those responding whether they have auto or stick, since I have never heard of auto '06's consuming oil.

No actually there is a need to elaborate because the OP asked if anybody is having troubles with their '06. He never specified auto or stick. Everybody knows the auto is non rev only. Look at the original thread.

If you want to refernece back to my original post I clrealy stated an issue with oil consumpiton. Therefore I didnt feel the need to specfiy because I've never heard of a case of oil consumpiton in a '06 automatic.

Hey, dudes! ...Check out the latest edition of the April Auto issue of CR...EVEN THE '06 "Z" is recommended as reliable! Our beaZts fared R-E-A-L-L-Y well in it. They're one of the few recommended used Sports cars. It seems the oil-consumption glitch isn't THAT serious (I guess you're just forced to check your oil level more often, no big thing). As in the last three years, the Miata capped the list of the best Sports cars in the world. For our monZters to be in it makes me feel G-O-O-D!!!
