Default Used Fidanza Flywheel/Exedy Clutch (Good/Not?)

Hey guys,

My friend is selling me his Exedy clutch and Fidanza flywheel setup but was wondering if its even worth installing them. I think they were left outside and they have some rust buildup. Here are some pics. It isn't bad but what do you guys think?

Comments welcome:

Yeah, I agree but they seem to think its still in good working condition. He says the rust build up will come right come right off with use. He is a good friend but I wanted to get some more opinions before I purchase.

Thanks
