clutch is getting stuck half way. I have to pull it up with foot. What can I do fix this?:

my 2006 base 350z has this problem. it doesnt come back up all the way when i get on it pretty hard.

i been trying to work this issue and its coming down to either my pedal spring broke and my clutch pedal is just working on the fluid pressure in the lines. or my master cylinder is out. but then again i could have airpockets in my lines..but this issue is really annoying..
