Engine Swap | Tips, Advice Needed
Hey everyone,
The motor on my 2003 Nissan 350Z finally konked out, with 130k on the odometer. I believe oil consumption finally caught up to her, even though it was serviced many times during my warranty period and even had heads replaced close to extended warranty end.
I'm not sure what to drop in next, the Rev Up seems to have the same oil burning issues as my standard DE block had. I'm not sure whether I should drop in a regular 03 to 05 DE or go Rev Up, or see if I can get a good deal on an HR.
It just seems like the VQ is not living up to the Best Engine accolades it's been receiving, it's like driving a RENESIS without the 9k redline. :/
What would you do? Keep in mind I dont have alot of cash atm, I'm going to have to enlist to pay back the debt after this damn car is fixed. :[
Thanks
