What to get next for hp?!..
I get it, people love to feel superior, so pick on the stupid post guy.
I like to just read through them from time to time and have a good laugh at some of the flaming, then typing fights, then it just gets gay. I just do not like to read post were people are stating false info about what we all come to this forum for, our wonderful 350z. I will then try to add my knowledge so others that do not read (search) are not lead to believe something untrue.
Its cool flame on, but for those that have knowledge just pass it on to the ones asking.

As far as I know a 300 shot on stock block will decimate all.

NA= Naturally Aspirated (No FI)

In all fairness, it doesn't matter how legitimate your excuses for acting like douchebags are - it's still being a douchebag. If that's how you want to act, that's up to you. I'm actually pretty appalled at the rudeness of the responses here. I would have thought more than one or two people in the two pages would have at least made an attempt at being polite.

Unmodded the 350z is pretty slow guys, I mean come on if you think running 14.2 is quick an barely running 100mph in the quarter is fast god help you.
I am not the OP, but yes 2006ish 6spd Accords run near mid 14's in the quarter, modded is how deep their pockets are.
Grow up people the 350z is a great car but far from fast in stock form.
My initial reply was to the gentlemen that thinks modding a 350z with bolt ons is a waste, so buy nitrous instead.

odd, anytime I ask a question here I do it in a polite and semi educated manner, and I only do it after exhausting my search options.. anddddd... guess what happens?

It is true that the ******* quotient is appallingly high on my350z.com.
OP, if I had $1k to spend and my only goal was 1/4 mile times, I would do
1. Berk High flow cats - ~$400 (if you install them yourself)
2. Osiris and professional dyno tune - ~$600
That is about $1k and should give you decent gains. A Motordyne lower plenum and spacer is going to cost you about $650 new so would be over your budget.
I think a management system and tune would be important so you don't end up running too lean.
However, I'm an idiot and taking my advice would make you even a worse one. Do a lot of searching, reading, shopping, and then make your decision.

Yes, yes you do. What the hell is a modders run? If your implying stock HR Z's can't run faster than 14.2 stock, you are wrong again sir.
