Default Help with VLSD fluid!

I was told I need to change my diff oil. So I've been doing lots of research on our VLSDs and from what I got(correct me if I'm wrong) the more viscous the gear oil the better the diff will catch, right? So I'm wondering what kind of gear oil you guys would recommend. I was also thinking what if you put the Lucas gear oil stabilizer it says you can put that alone for the diff on the bottle but I'm not sure how that would go over. Also the winter is cold here and the summer is hot so the temperature jumps all over the grid.

Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to the VLSD fluid inside the coupling itself or the differential oil? I believe these are two very different things (although both reside inside the differential housing)

Well I'm looking for an easy quick fix to my diff so oil for sure and the VLSD fluid itself would be a nice change if it doesn't cost too much. Cuz I don't have the money to get proper diff yet and this one just kinda locks the wheels when it feels like. I can take the same corner with the same speed and angle and sometimes it will decide to spin both tires and sometimes just one with VDC off of course.

When you change you diff fluid it does nothing for the VLSD, the VLSD is a sealed unit in the housing
