Default OS Giken clutch doesn t disengage

Hi guys
i recently bought a os giken twin plate clutch. my tuner installed it but the clutch wonīt disengage properly. means clutch disengaged and 1 gear selected you start revin and the car starts moving. we tried to adjust the actuating rod but that didnīt make it better. maybe the release bearing is gone.
are there any known problems or solutions?!

Does the pedal feel good? Hydraulics are good? Can you see the slave cylinder move when the pedal is depressed?

make sure your installer used the sleeve and bearing that OS requires - if you use the OEM one, it will not work properly
