Yeah no kidding. After a little more eBay surfing I realized that the place is filthy with this type of thing.
The funniest thing is that I bet that there are tons of ricers out there with every one of these things under their hood, claiming to their buddies that they've picked up 75 hp!

Check out his feedback complaints, it seems some people got the hint it was a scam and open it up. How can he live with himself? Sad, just sad.
