can i put a 2007 350z clutch and flywheel on a 2004 350z

Timing rings are shaped differently and are in different locations. Not something you could even make work. The 2007 clutch will fit both flywheels, but you'll be going from a 250mm clutch to a 240mm clutch with just slightly more plate load. I wouldn't even mess with it unless it were free.
