I've had this done on my TR8 tranny - can't say there is any difference but it does seem to be handling the 2X + power increase over stock well.....

Cryo treatment is used for racing applications for the most part. Molecules do move and form into a tighter, realigned pattern. When returned to room temperature, the molecules stay in the new relationship producing less random and even spacing, which in turn reduces the open areas between the grid matrixes to one another. The resulting product shows a better wear pattern and a bonding of molecules to one another. This process is a one-time process that treats the part all the way through; it's not just on the surface.
