Default P183 and P462! Help please!

Ok so the other day I went to Best Buy to have my Pioneer double din installed. When I got the car back, I started it up and noticed the Service Engine Soon light was on. I took it to Advance Auto Parts today to have the car scanned. Turns out it was error codes P183 and P462. P183 is for the fuel temperature sensor and P462 is for the fuel level sensor. At least I believe it said that in the forum here. Anyways, I was just wondering if it was possible that Best Buy messed up some of the wiring when they did the stereo install or if it was just a matter of convenience. Is there a simple fix for this? Or is this something I'll have to go to a mechanic for? Any answers or advice would help. Thanks guys!

What exactly is a "hard" reset"? Like disconnecting the battery for a certain amount of time? I realized that had already been done when they did my stereo because they had the battery disconnected during the install and everything was reset when I got it back.

I'll search the forum to find out where the fuse box is and I'll check the fuse.
