To get to the knock sensor you have to take off the upper and lower plenum, fuel rails (leave the injectors in the rails if posssible) and the intake. The sendor is right on top of the block in the center with the clip facing to the rear. Its almost impossible to get to without removing the other components. You can try to get to the connection after taking off the upper and lower plenum, but I not sure the awkward angle will give you the proper leverage to remove the clip.

I can unplug the clip that attached to knock sensor, but it is gard to unclip the other side.
Any suggestion?

If you've gone that far already the intake is a small step further to go and you will have full access to the sensor and connection. I think its only six bolts to get the intake off, just another 5 minutes.
Are you speaking of the side that is clipped to the harness? Or to the sensor? I know there is a small extension piece that connects the sensor and the harness. Mine melted on the harness side and I had to cut it off and fab up a new connection.

I had the same issue; I removed the intake and lower collector, but the back end of the harness is clipped in a tight area and at an awkward area that makes removing it difficult. I think I was finally able to unclip it by standing on the drivers side with a long set of curved needle nose pliers....and LOTS of patience.

HOWEVER, how did you put your tool in it, I guess that as you said LOTS patience for this job.
Do you know where the clip is toward? (to the wheel?)

I already disconnected clip, and just couldn't take the old clip out.
I felt the metal that connected to the clip, it feels like rust.
Thats why Iam trying to use the wd-40.
