Default Need info on exedy flywheel please !

I was looking as a exedy 19.6 pound flywheel. And I really wanna know if anyone algae used this and if there's a estimated power gain? I have searched I can't find the info I am looking for.
Any help would be great.

u sure u searched?
there is no power gain from a flywheel may free up power you already had but no gain also helps to make it rev a lil faster

I have one installed. Just noticed that it revs faster, no noticeable power gain from the butt dyno but I did notice the engine does sound a bit louder at idle, but it also might be the Exedy stage III clutch I put in at the same time.

Yes , I searched but I find no number on what it brought out of a car. I have seen numbers on flywheels such as JWT. But then thats what forums are for to help eachother out right ? But thanks for responses! I am in need of a flywheel an got a good deal on this kind. 250$. So I'll skip JWT. My old stock crap is not holding to well on the built motor ..
