Exedy Clutch with XTD Flywheels
Hi everyone.
I'm new to car parts. but I recently bought a used 2005 350z, since it was my first stick shift car and I live in San Francisco where there are a lot of hills. I burnt my clutch pretty bad during the first few days of learning. I now need to replace the clutch and the flywheel. I'm not sure what combo I should do. I'm on a pretty tight budget, I was thinking of getting the Exedy Clutch with a XTD or F1 Flywheel. Is that combo going to last a while since I'm a DD. Please let me know if there are better options out there for a low price range.
Thanks!

I have an 05 as well and I'm replacing my clutch and flywheel this weekend. Thank god for DIY on this forum.
One of the vendors here does $625 shipped for the OEM exedy and a ACT flywheel, can't remember off the top of my head.
I decided to do the JWT for 775 with Mike @ CZP. That comes with everything you need.

I wish I had the tools or the knowledge to do it myself. Too bad I have to bring it to a mechanic to get it installed. I'm being charged $400 for installation, do you think that price is right or is it too high? I'm so noob when it comes to cars =/

$400 is not a bad price for the clutch install, We do them for $350 here
I would steer away from the "China" stamped steel flywheels (XTD, F1 from Ebay) if I were you, It will be extremely loud at idle and acceleration.
I can help you out on your clutch/flywheel purchase if you like, Just shoot me a PM. Should have something in your budget.
