Default ACT HDG6 vs HD-SS

Why would anyone buy the SS over the G6?

From what I can tell from the spec, the G6 can take more torque and abuse and is just as left leg friendly.

HD-SS is a organic clutch disk, The HDG6 is a 6 puck disk.

Organic disk will drive better on the street, engage much like stock and also last longer under normal use.

A 6 puck will drive very aggressively and shudder on take off, Very direct engagement, Good for drag racing, not so much for street use.

Chose your clutch wisely, Choose one that will do what you need it to do or you could be buying another one in the near future.

If you have any questions on which clutch you should use for your "Purpose" feel free to contact us.

cuztomzpartz is correct, I have ran the HD-SS on every street car I have had for 15 years, the 6 puck is harsh

I spoke with ACT and they recommended the XTSS clutch. Very similar smooth engagement to the HDSS but can handle a little more power.

Can you supply this to me CuztompartZ? PM me.
