Me and some people finally got around to installing the shifter. The install is easy but without a lift to get off the car, having to use stands, jacks, lifts, wood, really pretty much anything we saw that could work makes the install a little hard.
If your planning on getting one, definetly buy an extra shifter cup. You can use the one the car has but its a hassle getting it out and I think I chipped a small piece in hitting the stock shifter out.
Regarding how it feels, I couldn't be happier. This is how the car should have come from the factory. It definetly feels more precise, the shifts are noticably shorter, and now I know what people mean when they say its not sloppy like the stock one.
If your unsure about paying $240 for this, just stop thinking and pick one up. You'll love how the car feels with it.

the install is pretty easy. The hardest part is the bolt under the car and even then you wouldn't even need a lift to get the car off the ground completely. Just enough room to get under there with some light to untighten the bolt. A wrench, one of those socket wrenched (10 mm i think) and a hammer should do the trick. Easy enough I suppose. If I can do it anyone can.
