Default Z1 vs Motordyne Plenum Spacer ???

Just noticed the Z1 sale on their spacers for today. Just wondering why there's such a price difference? I understand that Z1 has a real nice discount today, but even on a normal day, there's a huge difference. Looking at the package, the only thing Z1 doesn't include is the 6 internal washers. Are those that big of deal? I'm assuming that the Z1 spacer is just fine without them, since I can't find anything negative about them.
I put a motordyne on my previous Z and loved it, but for $94, you can't really beat Z1's. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks.

different price because different brands... z1 is definitely trustworthy. however i would think those internal washer/spacers would be needed

Its just a piece of metal. You will never notice the difference of the extra stuff
that Motordyne includes. You are just paying for the name.I've got a Z1.Its fine.

One is a gucci shirt and the other is no brand shirt. In the end, they both have the same build quality and materials and were made by the same sweat shop workers. Go with the Z1 and save money to add another upgrade.

The only caution I can give with the Z1 spacer, careful tightening down those 6 center bolts, I cracked my upper in 2 places because of it, ended up breaking out an aluminum welder and cutting them out and putting flat pieces in
