Default ignition starter problem?

i have been frustrating over this problem. I was driving my car perfectly fine until yesterday. Today morning, i tried starting the engine but it wouldn't work.
Tachometer light works. I do not hear clicking noise when attempting to start the engine.
The engine started right away with a jump start, then I took it to autozone to see if the battery is dead.
Battery works perfectly fine, however. No battery drain anywhere. Checked with a voltmeter.

I left the car in the autozone parking lot for about 20 mins and it wouldn't start again. But according to the voltmeter, everything is in good condition.
I gave a few more tries and the engine turned over.

What could be the problem in this case? i did some searching and it seems like it's either no spark/gas, or ignition starter problem..

Both-and+ connectors are tightly connected to the battery.
No corrosions there either...

Sounds like loose starter wires, or your starter is going bad.

Check all the wires in the starter circuit and make sure they are not rusty and that they're tight. also check that both battery leads are tight especially the earth and again make sure there is no rust around the connection.

I honestly don't even know where exactly the ignition starter is located. Also I know nothing about circuits.. Could you please tell me where to check all the wires in detail?

The negative and possible connectors are tightly connected to the battery. A Autozone employee had told me that these connectors looked clean. However, he told me to check for no rust on the ground wire connected to chassis somewhere deep under the car.. I do not know where this is either..

Please help me out

Grounding battery to chassis could fix the problem?
