Default clutch disengage

Ok so I had a new clutch put into my 03z. Here is the issue. When I first start it up and move everything works great. But as I keep driving it gets harder and harder to get it into gear from a stop. It gets to the point that I have to slip it into 1st before I come to a complete stop and hold the clutch down while I wait. It seems that over the time of driving that the clutch doesnt disengage when I depress the pedal . Not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?

It may be much more then a simple adjustment, however, you can adjust the clutch so that it engages near the top as you start to press it down. Look under you dash at the clutch rod going into the fire wall. You will see a bolt going into a U shaped connector. Loosen the nut, and back out the bolt. Or take it back to where you had the clutch installed and ask them to adjust the engagement point. Another thing to consider is changing the fluid, it may be breaking down as it heats up. Just some thoughts. GL
