Default SYNCRO HELP NEEDED!! Trans rebuild in progress.

First off, I have a 2003 350z cd000 with 83,000 miles, I do not know prior treatment of the trans, but I have put it through torture, my shifting is fine so do not critique that, 5,000 miles ago I changed fluid (for the first time since i got the car) to Redline MT-90, at first it seemed worse, but eventually smoothed out, but is still bad obviously. The syncros have been grinding since i got the car a year ago and feel its time I addressed the issue. I am doing a complete rebuild and will replace any and all damaged parts first off, that is not my worry, but, I need to know if all the syncros in the Z transmission are the same size. As in can a 1st gear syncro work on 5th gear (just for example) because in my car, a cd000, i have the WORST syncros nissan couldve possibly put in a transmission (single cone syncros everywhere but on 1st and 2nd)... and in a cd009 they put triple cone on 1-3 double on 4, and single on 5 and 6. I want to know if I can put triple on all, if it will hurt/help or not. Because I sometimes run to 150+ and thats redline 5th gear so it would benefit a triple cone at that time, but not sure if there would be a downfall of the triple cone any other time, and on all the gears. Was also thinking of how often i redline shift to 5th and it locks me out. I saw there was some modification that can be made that will allow for easy shifting at higher rpms to prevent lockout. I am attempting to make another "revision" i wanna make a cd010. If its not probable to do the all triple syncros i want 1-4 triple, 5 double, and 6 single (more beating on lower end gears and very rarely on 6th) I am going back with oem parts because. So, if you could read all of that and help me find the answers i need it would be greatly appreciated.

Best way, buy a new cd009 and move on. Not worth all the hassle rebuilding yours. They hold up much better.
