Default Vq35de coolant hose help

Working on an 04 vq engine and the previous owner decided to cut and half way plug hoses. Being im pretty new to these engines, I'm having difficulty tracing where these 2 lines go. I've searched images and most don't have the right angle to see or are on engine stands being built so these lines aren't on yet.

It's the coolant hose at the bottom with the bolt in it, and the Orange painted one coming from beside the throttle body. Do these connect? Is the Orange painted one coolant or vacuum?

Not entirely sure where all of that goes (I have taken it all apart). Give me a few minutes and I can go take some close up pictures of mine to see if that helps.
And Im pretty sure all of those little lines are vacuum

Manifold, and they are not required. Plenty of people bypass them.

Well the pictures didn't come out well because its such a tight area with the intake on, but yes the hose with the bolt in it is supposed to connect to the orange metal line way back in there.

Whats the point to bypassing them?

They go to the intake manifold to warm it for emissions reasons. Look up motordynes spacer with bypass install instructions for a full view on what's going on

Thanks for the responses. Main reason I was concerned is the one with the bolt in it leaks after running for a while

Look up Kinetic intake manifold instruction and parts listing, their manifold they just splice the two hoses together with simple hardware available from just about any hardware shop. You may be able to just do it with a long hose.
