So I traded for this car today, and when I went to drive it tonight it wouldn't start. I would turn the key and it would start easily just to 1100 Rpms then slowly work its way to 0. Taking no more then 5 sec. Called the guy I got it from and he said something about a cam angle sensor.. Anyone know what this could be? Thanks in advance!

So I woke up this morning and figured I'd try starting it again.. Turned it over and seamed fine.. So I went on a little cruse and shut it off and now it's doing the same thing. I don't have the slightest clue what this could be.. I'm lost..
