Default Vq35de from g35x to 350z?

Title sums it up, I'm in need of a new engine and im curious if you can simply bolt in the vq out of a g35x into a z like you would with a normal g35 to z. Any help would be great.

So its the same as a regular vq? Didn't know if the back end of the end like where the bell housing would be would have a different bolt pattern or not for the transfer case.
Do you know if the vin maters like the 4th letter being a or c?

As long as it's going in another DE Z , your good to go. HR or DE rev up are a different story

Dam I was going to hope you were in CA. My friend literally just totaled her mint 06 6spd G35. Was going to say perfect timing.

i bought a separate vq35de engine to build before pulling my old motor out a few months back that came from a g35.

used it for my 350z. the engine is pretty much identical.
