Default Ran without coolant (help)

Yes I know it was a stupid *** idea but I had no choice nor money for tow. I bought 2 bottles of coolant and kept refilling it as I drove but it was pissing coolant and kept going past the halfway mark. and I kept turning it off to cool down right before the max line. Then once I got to my neighborhood I pushed it all the way to my house. Probably didn't help for **** but did I do any damage? It starts up and drives tried looking for blown head gasket but I don't see anything.

Going to get the radiator hose fixed and more coolant tomorrow.

Big question is, is my car ****ed?

If it drives then you're good, don't expect the motor to perform like its brand new from the factory though. Seals don't do well when the motor overheats. Longevity of the motor is probably shortened... by how much?

Depends. I had a VQ with a mechanical fan once. Fan bracket broke when I was driving and shoved the fan into the radiator - chewed it up pretty completely as the belt was still on. Huge cloud of steam and lots of coolant all over.. I drove 2 miles with it like that as I could not stop where I was. Replaced rad and fan and it worked perfectly with no issue for 5 years until I sold it. Hope you're as lucky as I was.

calm down.... you prob need to bleed/burp the system. these are notoriously hard to get all the air out of the system. is the lower hose hot or cold after running

You need to bleed the system, you probably have air in their... Do a search for how to bleed the cooling system... Your probably fine... Unless you actually overheated the car your probably fine...

Next time just use water and don't waist your money or cause unnecessary chemical spills with antifreeze until you actually fix the problem.

Raise the front end (or park facing uphill) and use a funnel that seals onto the filler. Fill the funnel with coolant, crack the bleed screw and run the engine while coolant and bubbles come out the bleed. I used to use a large soda bottle with the bottom cut off, wedged into the filler neck with rubber tubing around the top. Cheap, disposable and it works.

Best way to get a discount is find someone who already has aaa and have them add you as an associate member... Just say you live together and you get all the same benefits at half the price...

Its basically all franchises so aaa here is entirely different than aaa their. And aaa here doesn't do me many favors.

The front really needs to be elevated to bleed it, you also need to do the bleed plug while elevated
