Default Bad valve seals or piston rings

I have a 05 rev up with crazy high oil consumption problems 71k miles. Cylinder 4 is where the problem is. The spark plug is badly fouled up on the tip and theres oil on the bottom. On first start up it smokes a lot of white smoke, then it calms down, only smoking when i rev it up, after a few revs the smoke isnt as bad. No loss in power, havent done a compression test yet, what do you guys think, valve seals or piston rings.

You should do a leak down check.

My bet, seals , but could be either.

You're looking in the 20 hour range for the seals. At 71k you may want to think about a rebuild/upgrade, do a full compression and leakdown test.

Compression or leak down test.

Also make sure the p-rings gaps are not aligned. They should all be staggered.
