Could someone help me identify this part and where it's two hoses goto?


Also I upgraded my fuel system to the aam return style system and do t know where the hose with the green **** should be run to now. Ang help would be amazing!


I think the two parts are related.

 

To answer your first question, see the attached picture from the Service Manual.

 

The item in the second picture is the fuel damper. The hose running to it is the fuel feed hose from the in-tank fuel pump. The damper is bolted to a hard line that runs to the fuel rails.

 

I'm glad I looked at that. I'm in the process of pulling the nitrous kit off from the previous owner (wet kit) and where that part bolts at is where the solenoids reside and I don't have that part anymore. I've got the damper but not the part in the first picture.
