Default Cam bearing cap torque

Hey I am getting close to finishing my built motor/ twin turbo build and have run into a problem. I am putting the motor back together but I cannot fine torque specs for the camshaft bearing caps anywhere. If anyone knows them that would be very helpful to my build. Thank you very much!

Do you or anyone have any idea what damage could happen if they were over tightened to 30-40ft pounds?
Thanks for the response!
