Default Mishimoto fans

Looking into getting the mishimoto fans but was wondering if they are really direct plug and play like it says or if it would need to be re wired. From what iv'e read you do need to re wire a few things. Not really too sure about getting them if I have to re wire them. Any info is appreciated

They used to require splicing, but looking at that URL they say there are factory plugs so they must have updated them since I put them in 3 years ago. Honestly the splicing isn't difficult. And if the soldering is intimidating then you can find OEM style connectors and assemble a factory looking harness.
