Default CD009 Missing Shifter Bracket?

I have a 35th anniversary Z whose transmission's starting to go (crunchy synchros and noise in the tailshaft, joy of joys). I've found a CD009 transmission out of a 2006 G35. Everything looks great but it seems to be missing the shifter bracket.

Is that going to be a problem or can I just transplant the one from my '05?

I really did try to do my own research on this but I'm finding nothing and I'm in a bit of a time crunch to repair this asap (local event coming up soon).

Any advice someone more experienced than I can bring is much appreciated.

Exactly! The red circled part is missing. I also figured it would just bolt up, but I get anxious when things cost money coupled with me not knowing what I'm doing :P

Appreciate that. Can anyone reading this confirm that it would just bolt right up?

My shift bracket from my 03 did not bolt up to the CD009 I found, so I had to purchase the correct one. Part # 32868-CD50A
