Another starting issue....

First off I am going to start with what I have and mods
06 base w/ 116,000
-unorthodox crank pulley
-megan test pipes
-megan y pipe- greddy axleback
-coilovers
So, The other nice i stopped at La granja for food (SOFLO) and when I came back outside to leave my car would not start. Now, the car is getting juice all my lights came on i tested the battery, starter, and alternator and everything came back fine..The motor was turning over pulleys and belts were moving however it just wasn't getting that extra spark to to fully turn over. Upon more research and while i was sitting in the parking lot i hooked up my scanner and here are the codes it read back....
P2101
-Air flap position regulation failure
-ETC (electric throttle control function bank1
-throttle actuator control motor circuit
P0223:
- accelerator pedal position sensor 2
-throttle position sensor b1
-PO123: Throttle position sensor
PO345
-camshaft position sensor b2
PO340
-camshaft sensor circuit failure
Now obviously some of these are unnecessary codes due to one problem but i listed them all for good measure.
SO....after all of this i assumed my throttle body was just bad and needed to be replaced due to me taking the intake tubing off and throttle body was not opening when it should...so to get the car home i disconnected the battery for a hard reset. Car then cranked up on the 2nd turn of the key and i was able to get the car home. Now today, I replaced the whole throttle body with a Hitachi throttle body from my local parts store. I did all the relearn procedures and also disconnected the battery when i took the old one off. Car cranked right up idle a lot healthier as well went to get some food came back out car started right up but now the idle is fluctuating really bad and it is out of wack i thought it went into limp mode but there was no way with the hard pulls i was getting. stopped at the mailbox turned it off and turned it back on and car had a really rough start.
I am a full time apprentice/in the process of getting ASE's I am pretty good with cars however I am pretty stumped on this problem and need all the help i can get before i drop her off to my local tuner and drop a boat load for diagnosis and repairs.
Also keep in mind i just had replace the camshaft sensors on the passenger side, did my spark plugs and a valve cover recently as well....i was told the unorthadox pulleys are not good due to no harmonic dampener but could this really be the problem to my starting issues?!?!?!
