Default Position of 5th gear changed after Transmission pulled to replace Clutch Slave

I had to replace my slave cylinder last week. Fifth gear is in a different spot now. I used to be able to move the shifter all the way to the right then up for 5th. Now it's not all the way right but a bit away from the end.

What could have happened? Is it a big deal?
