Default Flywheel posistion

I took off my flywheel to have it resurfaced and I did not mark the position. There is a pin in the crank shaft that I think lines up with one particular hole on the engine side of the flywheel. There also seems to be a cast pointer on the disc side of the flywheel that matches that one particular hole. Is this the way to realign after making that mistake?

There is a pin on the back of the crank that will align with the back of your flywheel.
