Default Radiator extra fittings

I just bought a new Denso rad, part 2214404.
It comes with 2 extra "nipples" at the bottom... im assuming they are for the automatic trans, but I have a manual shift.

Do I need to cap these fittings or just leave them as is...

Yep just for trans oil. Should be good just leaving them be.
