Lower diff temps. If your are tracking your 350Z or G35, differential temps are well over 350. This will help cool as it gives more surface for cooling and the fins help dissipate the heat.

BJ,

Cost figures? I guess you just replace the OEM cover with this one and refill.

This is a Nissan Part on the european car.
We have one that we were putting into production then i got this in from Motorsports.
Ours was going have the 350EVO logo on it all ready had it mocked up. Rumor has it that there is a finned engine oil pan cover coming also.

Would you guys ever consider offering a complete diff with 3.9 gear and fins? I'm sure more people would be willing to purchase a product in this form due to the ease of install.

So this is the OEM part for Europe? Does anyone else find that a little strange? Europe's not exactly known for it's high temperature environment.

I know diff temps on the car for tracking are WAY too high! Ecsp in racing conditions. In some classes of racing you are not allowed to change parts unless there is a factory part number that goes along with it. Since Europes release date was later they released it over there as a testing ground possibly.
EVERYONE that tracks there car seriusly either needs to add a pump and a cooler or at the LEAST...get one of these.
Our first test witht he 350Z ...the viscous was fried after 3 laps. We put temp stickers on the casing which flashed off right away at over 350 degrees.
Diff temp runs seriously high if you track the car.
If you are interested one let me now @
BJ@350EVO.com
I will see what I can do.
