Default ign cont & eccs fuse problem

i just got my ecu back from uprev to get nats disable (old key broke got a new ignition switch that came with a key), i plug everything back in and turn the key to the on position and the ign cont &eccs fuse blown up right way however it doesnt blow up if i disconnect the ecu. (without the fuse it read 12.1v)
i understand there is a short somewhere but what do i have to disconnect? i know the coil pack, injector, fuel pump, and the cam sensor. i have to disconnect everything at once and put a new fuse back in and check if it doesnt blow replace the fuse and plug in the fuel pump and check if it blow if it doesnt repeat the step with everything until the fuse blows right? right now im trying to find the volt spec for those item listed and check the neg cable from the frame. also for the coil pack do i have to plug it one by one and check the fuse or all at once?

what does that white plug connect to? it right by the ecu.

Well if the ECU is popping fuses you need to get ahold of Uprev and let them know they ****ed something up. Do not **** up the ipdm they are expensive and a pain to change!

Do your cooling fans kick on when you try to start it?I had a similar issue when I brought my Z out for the season.Ended up the ECU was toasted. My ECU fuse blew and my cooling fans kicked on.But my problem was caused by a crappy battery charger
