Timing chain is still rattling after changing primary timing tensioners

Default Timing chain is still rattling after changing primary timing tensioners

I had the timing chain rattle on start up but just this past weekend I had changed the primary timing chain tensioner which everyone on forums had said but after installing the new timing chain tensioner it still rattle and i just want to know what else could it be?

Did you happen to change your timing chain as well? Maybe it stretched (unlikely) and the tensioner is not long enough to get proper tension.
What is your oil pressure, is it high enough to fully extend the tensioner?
Did you check the bolts on the guides to ensure they are not loose and rattling?

thank you for the reply I actually didn’t take the timing cover off so I wasn’t able to inspect the guide or the chain but thank you I will look over the whole timing assembly
