Issue with Misfire
I apologize if someone might have covered this I did some looking but can't find anything talking about my problem specifically. So it started out with a misfire in cylinder 3 and I went ahead and got all new spark plugs plus one ignition coil yet after replacing all plugs and the coil the misfire remained in cylinder 3. Next step was the injectors which I removed and cleaned and thought all of them were flowing fairly well and evenly but after putting them back in the misfire returned but this time in cylinder 4. Got a new injector and this still didnt fix the issue. Moved the injector to see if the misfire followed it but it stayed at cylinder 4. Went and got ANOTHER new spark plug and ignition coil and replaced both of those in cylinder 4 yet I am STILL getting the misfire. At this point I am at a complete loss as to what to do next. Thought we had it pinned down when the misfire moved from cylinder 3 to cylinder 4 after pulling the injectors, cleaning them, and reinstalling them but when we replaced the injector it didnt fix it and then moving the new injector didnt move the misfire with it this time it stayed in cylinder 4 after this movement. Making no sense anymore at this point. Any help, advice, nudge in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks! Again sorry if there already a post discussing something similar just point me in the right direction and I can take this down.
First do you have a factory service manual? If so follow the troubleshooting steps in the appropriate section.
I know that people have posted about where to download the factory service manual from I just don't recall the exact address also if you choose to and have a computer with a CD or DVD drive RockAuto has factory service manuals for our cars on their site under the literature section.
Hope this helps.
BTW
Let us know you are able to resolve the issue.
Good luck.

I initially was getting a P0303 when stopping at autozone right after the problem started but after pulling the injectors to clean them and put them back in it changed to a random misfire P0300 code yet it seems to be the 4 cylinder specifically. Also have 2 transmission codes related to the manual circuit for the automatic transmission.
As you probably know, 0300 is for a multiple misfire. It could be any number of things. I attached the relevant portion of the FSM dealing with misfire codes. Hopefully, it will help you get it sorted.
yea its just a jumbled mess when I opened the pdf in notebook. I dont have office or a printer to try and just print out the pdf. Thank you though. And yes I know it is but the misfire isnt actually moving around its staying at cylinder 4 all the time.
