Z1, ya gotta read past the first post

Did you try going back to the body shop with your radiator problem? Maybe they will pay your deductible.

I'm still trying to figure out how your auto insurance is covering this under comp. I'm a claims adjuster for a major auto insurance company and I don't see how they said this is a comp loss. More power to you for them covering it.

These are things comp covers:
- contact w/ an animal
- explosion/earthquake
- vandalism
- falling object
- riot
- theft
- acts of God (hail/windstorm/flood)

Anyway, like I said more power to you.

I am definately going back to the body shop.....too much of a coincidence. I have to go back anyways, the paint job looks like crap.....orange peel all over. I now need to see about getting it painted at another location.

As far as the comprehensive coverage.....a foreign object hit me that I could not avoid due to rush hour traffic. Evidenced by the finger sized hole left in my radiator.

$200.00 deductable? I would have put that towards an aftermarket radiator instead.
