Yes the Spec 1 and 2 cams fit the stock heads - I ahve not played with them yet to know what else they require for install. On my car, looks like we will be using the NISMO blanks and making our own grind to go with my new head setup.

I could not tell you if they spec 1 and 2 wil be released in the US or not - they are a brand new part in Japan, only released a few weeks ago.
