Question Nismo Parts?

Hey I have had my 2004 red, 6 speed manual trans for about 6 months. Yesterday on the way home I got my back drivers side hit by a GMC pick up! **** ME OFF!!! 3000 dollars of damage, not my fault but still its my baby! But the real question im wanting to ask is if anyone knows if nismo parts are under nissan warenty! Cause while my car is in the shop i thought why not get a nismo air intake and maybe the nismo headers! If anyone has these just tell me what you think of them and if i should get them or not! thanks!

Both of those parts are considered R-tune( not covered under warranty). But dont let that stop you especially with the intake. I personally think that should be a S-tune part.

the only reason the intake or flywheel / clutch and brake pads are R-Tune parts are because they are wearable... and wouldnt be covered under factory parts and accessories warrenty anyway...

Putting them on your car is just as good as any NIssan part. but only thing is there is no warrenty on the part its self... putting those parts on your car will NOT void the whole warrenty on your car. only that specific part its self...
