There are various Zcar tuners around, but there are only three "Nissan Group" companies; Nismo, Impul, Hasemi Racing.
All others, GReddy, HKS, Volk Racing, etc are all non-Nissan companies.

Altia and Calsonic used to be fully dedicated to Nissan, but not anymore, whereas Central 20 is a non-Nissan company but is tuning only Z cars (and Skyline coupes).

yes, the price is horrendous.
but if you think that impul is nissan's exclusive tuner, and plus the fact that the price includes labor charge, maybe its not so bad after all.

fyi. impul is doing a campaign now. the whole price is reduced to 1.3 mil yen.
