<<< DIY: How to remove/install the ATI Procharger SC Unit >>>
I finished the install and took as much detailed pics as I could..... The install tools are basic, 2 socket wrench set if possible, ring clip tool, mechanics gloves, and 2 sets of allen keys if possible, main bracket allen key socket ...

Retainer tool needed

Allen socket needed 8mm

All new unit!! Impeller blade, internals.. etc.. Looks/sounds sick!!!!

This is the AAM bracket, and all that needs to be done is remove all until your at this point. The two bolts on the cover need to be removed and the AAM long allen bolts need to be bolted on first.. (REVERSE OF THIS DIY THREAD WILL GET YOU HERE)

This is the part of the bracket that needs to be totally removed in order to install the AAM bracket IMO..

I covered my intake hose with a thermo tec cover(the SC gets really hot)..

SC placed

I placed the SC in place and then bolted the clamp on the sc outlet/intercooler piping..

I made sure I rewrapped all my wiring harness with an entire roll of new electric tape and wire loom..

Just a pic from a different angle..

Install the intake/ensure all the tubing and intake is clean..

When installing the intake make SURE your claps arent hitting anything like the hood or the radiator.. (poked a hole in my radiator/had to get it rewelded)

Installed a brand new K&N filter part # RE0930, in order to install this you need a dremel in order to make it fit..

Closer view, and made sure the intake and filter would withstand my trying to pull it off.. At times the intake could pop off at high psi if the intake flexes..

There are 3 bolts on the main bracket that need to be loosened in order to re install the SC..

These are the other two bolts... This is about how loose I had mine in order to have some play in the bracket..

Now you can start putting this part of the bracket/brace on... I left the O ring clamp/ retainer on the windsheild side that it faces when you bolt it up..

This is the jackshaft and O ring clamp/ retainer.. Goes into the hole above in previous pic..

This is what it looks like when you have it bolted up but not tightened.. All the bolts need to be tightened in a certain sequence or it wont fit/ will be a major PITA..

Jackshaft all the way in..

1, O retainer on each side.. These slots in the jackshaft is where the keyways will go later in order to properly re install the pulleys..

These 4 bolts hold the actual SC unit to the bracket/brace and should be tightened first..

Then bolt up these 3 outside allen bolts... The 3 inner bolts tension the procharger belts..

This is the keyway which goes into the slot that the SC input shaft and pulley has..

Another pic close up..

There are 2 new outer bolts(AAM provided) and one allen bolt (not installed in pic yet)on the opposite side that need to be tightened..

pulleys installed..

Finished result..
