Here are some pictures of the Jacking Equipment I used. I also made jack protectors out of 2x4 presurre treated wood to use the slots under the jacking points. I lowered the car slowly to make sure the wood wouldn't spilt. Always cut the slots against the grain.

Basically I spent the whole afternoon on making sure that the jacking procedure went successful and decided to call it a day when the front of the car was jacked up properly.

I also marked the front outline of the ramps so I would have no problem lowering the car when the job was done.
The Pictures of the 2x4 wood cut to fit my jack-stands held up to the task.

Back to the grill install. First remove the top center trim by separating the two tabs ans pulling straight out. Then remove the screws behind the grill to remove the outside top trim pieces the same way as the center piece.

Next remove the lower grill trim. You have to remove the plastic clips holding the plastic baffles behind each side of the grill. These clips are easily removed with a screwdriver. Just pull up on the center of the clip to release them and reinstall in the opposite order.

You have to dill a hole in the baffle to be able to install the mounting screws of the new grill. The instructions don't give you the size of the hole or place to make the hole. I used a 7/8" hole-saw and dilled both baffles at 2-5/8" from the top of the baffle. The position of the hole worked out great but I would suggest dilling an 1-1/8" hole for an easier install.

Next you have to make the grille holes with a scribe. I suggest scribing the whole hole then dilling the center of the scribe with a 3/16" bit. Although I did this installation myself a second pair of hands would be helpful with this step. The grill comes with "U" nuts and screws to install the new grill but one of the my "U" nuts was missing. It actually worked out because I used a nut and bolt on the top tab. Installing the screws was a challenge. The tool I used after a lot of cursing was a 1/4" short extension with a 10mm socket. You can see it in the middle of all the tools i tried.

Four Point Jacking Up Next with Borla Exhaust
I did mark the jacks with the 2x4 wood supports so I will use the same blocks each time at the same position. I hope this will help anyone who is thinking about installing a new grill.

I agree with Vas. That grille doesnt look good. Put your stock one back on. It looks much better. Buy a 300c if you want a chrome grille. Anyways, great job doing the work yourself and the info on the how-to.
