VDC Off and SLIP lights on.
So on my way into work this morning, my tires slipped a bit on the wet pavement. After that my VDC Off and SLIP dash lights came on and didn't turn off. Got to work, shut off the car and started it back up, lights were still on. No other dash lights came on at any point. Went to leave work and the lights were gone, didn't come back on during my 37 mile commute, even with a quick take off that engaged the VDC.
So the question is, is this anything I should be diving into to diagnose, or should I not worry about it if it's just happens occasionally? This is the first time it's happened in the 11k miles I have had the car. (Car now has 73k on it.) If it happens again, will their likely be any code I can pull if there is no CEL?
I've read a list of possible causes. My brakes should be fine as I replaced pads and rotors about 1000 miles ago. My tires have plenty of tread on them as well.
