Have a 2003 G35 6MT Coupe.
Recently bought a used Vortech V-2 Supercharger Kit + supporting mods.
Confused as to some people run an FMU some people say you don’t have to do with upgraded Fuel Pump and Bigger Injectors. Let me know what you guys think!

440 cc RC injectors
Uprev MAF GT
FMU
3.12 Pulley
NGK One Step Colder Plugs
Plenum Spacer
Will be running 94 Octane.

 

can you post some pictures of this FMU? are you 10,000% sure you bought a vortech and not a procharger?

 

With you're injectors & Pump you wound not use the Vortech FMU.

The Vortech FMU is meant for a Stock Vortech Kit, stock injectors, stock pump 8psi

A DW300 Pump & 600CC injectors would be a better setup, and give you room to grow.

Every car is different, every tuner is different. Curious as to what numbers I’ll end up with, with this setup as the previous owner hit 378whp on a dynodynamics with the same mods, pulley, and he used the FMU. (I’ll also be using his ECU).
